25% of the full payment must be accepted before model rigging begins.

Upon model completion, the remaining payment must be received before I send the final model files.

The initial payment will not be refunded after work has begun.

I recommend referencing this document in order to properly separate your model art when commissioning me.

I will ask for further model separation or adjustment if needed, and I am available to answer questions regarding art separation.

Any and all references for your model are extremely helpful, such as different facial expressions, closed eyes, mouth forms, e.t.c. (references do not need to be drawn well)

I will send progress updates after completing milestones such as eye movement, mouth movement, head angles, and physics.

After the initial payment is confirmed, conversation may continue via Discord upon request.

I am open to questions, inquiries, suggestions, and requests during the modeling process.

If there are any issues with the model, please inform me and I will try to fix it if I can.

The estimated delivery time will be informed to the client at the time of the order and may vary by the complexity of the model.

Average delivery time is 2 months.

In the case of a delay, the client will be informed.

Upon model completion, I will send a sample recording of the model's range of motion and expressions.

Once the sample recording is approved by the client and the final payment is delivered, I will provide the model files through a Google Drive or Dropbox link.

Only the files needed for use in Vtuber tracking programs will be provided. The .cmo3 model rigging file will not be distributed.

An animated showcase video is not guaranteed. If I decide to create a showcase video for a commissioned model, I will ask the commissioner for details regarding the video's content and where it is posted.

You must provide proper model rigging credit to me and your model artist in an easily visible place such as your Social Media Bio, Information Page, or Video Descriptions.

Proper credit must be provided as either a full username or link, with the role (Ex: rigger, artist, e.t.c.) listed.

There is currently no fee for commercial usage of the model in content creation such as streaming.

The model may not be redistributed or resold without my permission.

I do not allow my work to be used for cryptocurrency in any way, including NFTs and other forms of digital trading.

I do not allow my work to be used for or submitted to any Artificial Intelligence (AI) generators, trainers, or machine learning.

I reserve the right to use completed works and commissions for my portfolio unless requested otherwise.

If you do not want your commission to be posted publicly, or you wish to delay the sharing of your model, inform me and I will respect your wishes.

If I am unable to continue working on your commission, I will inform and refund you as soon as possible.

If I fail to provide an update on your commission for two months or longer, you have the right to request a refund.

Clients have the right to personal privacy. The client’s personal information will not be shared to any third party unless there is legal cause (such as filing income or invoices).

I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason.

I do not support art reposters, and may block repost accounts who do not provide proper credits.

My main language is English. If the commissioner speaks another language, DeepL or another translator will be used.

If you do not respect my terms of service during and after your commission, your information will be submitted to the Live2D community Blacklist.
